Description of Services
The Application/Website allows you to create visual content using AI. The Actor Builder AI model is trained with uploaded user images and can generate images of the same person in various activities and styles.
Photos or videos you submit are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Pixfun may change, expand, or improve the Application/Website without prior notice. Pixfun can also cease operating part or all of the Application/Website or disable certain features at any time. Using the Application/Website does not guarantee continued availability. Any modifications, cessation, or termination are at Pixfun’s discretion.
Eligibility
For users outside the EU and UK:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website/Application. If you are under 13, you need parental or guardian permission. Parents or guardians can notify us if we have collected information from a child under 13.
For users inside the EU and UK:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website/Application. Please contact us if you know of anyone under 18 using the Website/Application.
Registration
To register for an account and use the Website/Application, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to:

Created Content
The Website and Application allow you to create content, including images, audio, video, and trained models (“Created Content”).
All intellectual property rights to Created Content belong solely to Pixfun.
License Types:
- Basic Plan: Content is licensed under Creative Commons CC BY NC 2.0.
- Starter Plan: Content is licensed under Creative Commons CC BY 4.0, allowing both commercial and non-commercial use with attribution to Pixfun.
- Pro Plan: Content has a full commercial license without needing to attribute Pixfun.
In cases where an image resembles a real person, that person retains publicity rights to their likeness. They can request removal of the image, and Pixfun will comply regardless of the creator’s intent. Users cannot use someone’s likeness for non-editorial purposes without consent.
By using the Application/Website, you represent that you are not infringing on any copyright. You agree not to create or submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Pixfun can store and use provided content, including images, text, and media, for improving the Application/Website and for promotional and research purposes per the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you provide and create, ensuring it does not violate any laws.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to use the Application/Website to:
- Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or offensive behavior.
- Interfere with or disrupt other users’ enjoyment of the Application/Website.
- Reverse engineer any part of the Application/Website.
- Circumvent content-filtering techniques.
- Use unauthorized third-party applications to interact with the Application/Website.
- Display, mirror, or frame the Application/Website without permission.
- Use meta tags or hidden text using Pixfun’s trademarks without consent.

- Encourage or assist anyone in doing any of the above.
Intellectual Property
The Application, Website, and all related content, including Created Content, are owned by Pixfun or licensed to us. Except as explicitly stated, all rights are reserved.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Application/Website without notice. We are not liable for any loss or harm due to your inability to use the Application/Website. Upon termination, all provisions that should survive will remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations.
